The company, under the name ” PROFILE SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE S.A.” discloses to the investment community, in accordance with applicable legislation and articles 4.1.3.1 and 4.1.3.6 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, that Mr. Giannis Litsios assumes the responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer for the Company and the Group.
Mr. Giannis Litsios holds a degree in Economics from the University of Piraeus and an MSc in Business and Management from De Montfort University in the United Kingdom. He is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the United Kingdom, bringing with him over 16 years of experience in related positions within large multinational companies.
