Board of Directors

As chairman of the board of directors and founder of Profile Software, Mr. B. Stasinopoulos leads the company with his extensive experience in the field. He studied Computing and Business Administration prior to founding Profile Software in 1990. Mr. B. Stasinopoulos continuously invests in enriching his business knowledge not only through his active involvement in the company but also by attending programmes at the London Business School and other leading educational institutions.

Mr. E. Angelides is the CEO of Profile Software and President of BoD at Centevo. He holds a BA in Economics from the American College of Greece (Deree), an MSc in Money, Banking and Finance from the University of Birmingham and an Advanced Management Program certificate from Harvard Business School. He is a certified public accountant in the UK and holds the title of FCCA. He has more than 24 years of experience in managing financial operations with listed, private, regional and international companies, in the sectors of Software, IT, Services, Telecoms, Manufacturing and Logistics. He joined Profile Software in 2014 and has held since then top management positions these being the Group CFO and COO whilst has been the Login SA's CEO since 2017.

Mr. S. Barbatos is the company’s Vice President. He studied Economics at Athens University of Economics and Business and he has been working in the IT sector since 1986. In 1990 he joined Profile Software and has been a member of its Top Management team from 1999 until now. Mr. Barbatos was CEO of the subsidiary company BeCom before its merger & acquisition by Profile Software.

Mr. A Iliopoulos is the Group Solutions Director and a member of the Board of Directors. He studied Business Administration at the University of Piraeus. He has been working at Profile Software since 2000 and has been a valuable and active member and successful manager of numerous large scale Financial Services projects.

Mrs. Evanthia K. Giannakouris holds a degree from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Professional MBA) from ALBA Graduate Business School. She has professional experience through her active involvement in business management, undertaking critical roles, designing and implementing new business models, and introducing innovative technologies both in the production sector and in accounting operations. Through the various leadership positions and roles she has undertaken throughout her career, she has shaped and developed multiple departments (e.g., Marketing, HR, Sales), while also being responsible for the legal compliance of the companies (owing to her professional background), as well as for their financial and investment planning and overall management.

Ms. Stasinopoulou is Corporate Development & Strategy Principal at Profile Software. She holds an MSc in Management from Imperial College Business School, graduating with First Class Honours and a place on the Dean's List, and a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from King's College London. She joined Profile Software in 2025 from Bank of America in London, where she spent three years in EMEA FIG Corporate Banking, covering clients across the UK, Switzerland and Greece. She began her career at HSBC in Wealth and Personal Banking.

Dr. Krintas is a graduate in Marketing and Finance from the Athens University of Economics and Business. He holds an MBA degree with a specialisation in Marketing and Finance from the same university and a Ph.D degree in behavioural economics from the University of Thessaly. He is also a Visiting Professor at the Athens University of Economics and Business and the Excelia Business School in France. He is certified in digital business strategy from Columbia Business School and a founding member of AI Catalyst. He has worked as a senior executive in the Asset Management and Technology industries during the last 30 years and has managed more than €1.7 billion in equities and bonds internationally. He is the Founder and CEO of Koubaras Ltd and has led or contributed to 32 M&As.
