In line with the proper, valid and timely investors’ update and in accordance with Article 4.1.1 of the Euronext Athens Regulation (the “Regulation”) and Decision No. 25 of the Stock Markets Steering Committee of the Euronext Athens, as currently in force, the société anonyme under the corporate name «PROFILE COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL COMPANY OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SOCIETE ANONYME» and the distinctive title «PROFILE SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE S.A.» (the “Company”) announces that the Financial Calendar for the year 2026, originally published on 30 March 2026 and subsequently amended on 12 May 2026, is hereby updated; specifically, pursuant to Article 2.2 of the above Decision, the following dates relating to the implementation of the capital return (cash distribution) to shareholders, as approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 23 July 2026, are hereby added to and announced as part of the Financial Calendar:

  • Ex-date (capital return entitlement): Wednesday, 16 September 2026.
  • Record Date: Thursday, 17 September 2026.
  • Payment Date of Capital Return (€0.24 per share): Tuesday, 22 September 2026.

The Company reserves the right to amend the above dates and/or the content of this Financial Calendar provided that it informs the investors in a timely manner by amending this announcement, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation.
