Announcement of Regulated Information to Law 3556/2007 : Notification for change of percentage of shares at voting rights level

The Société Anonyme under the name “PPROFILE COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SOCIETE ANONYME” and the distinctive (commercial) title “PROFILE SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE S.A.” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 9, 14 and 21), in conjunction with Decision 1/434/3.7.2007, as amended by Decision No. 12/754/14.4.2016 and currently in force and Circular No. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that according to the relevant notification submitted to the Company on 4.11.2024, pursuant to the relevant Notification Form for Significant Changes in Voting Rights, the shareholder Norges Bank proceeded on 29.10.2024 to purchase ordinary, registered voting shares of the Company, resulting in the percentage of this shareholder exceeding the threshold of 5% of the total voting rights of the Company (article 9 paragraph 1 of Law 3556/2007).

As a result, the number of voting rights of the above shareholder amounts to 1,250,932 (5.08%) of the total number of voting rights of the Company (24,586,446 common registered voting shares).
This announcement is published in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and has been posted on the Company’s website.
