Celent has released a new report entitled European Wealth Management Technology Vendors: Evaluating Front-to-Back Office Platform Vendors. The new report features Profile’s Wealth Management platform as the winner in two out of four categories. These are “xCelent Advanced Technology” and “xCelent Customer Service” on ABCD Vendor View. The Celent study uses the ABCD Vendor View, to show at a glance the relative position of vendors in the following categories: Advanced Technology, Breadth of Functionality, Customer Base and Depth of Client Services on two separate X/Y scales.
According to Celent’s analyst Ashley Globerman “…Profile distinguished itself with a modern UI and strong workflow”. The report also highlights that “Wealth managers continue to face a challenging environment due to tighter regulations, political and market volatility, an evolving client base, and digital innovation. As such, wealth managers and software vendors are investing more in their platforms to provide a comprehensive and fully integrated end-to-end solution. Platform enhancements are aimed to automate certain processes of the advisory process, reduce costs, manage risk, and serve clients more efficiently and uniquely.”
