Profile Software's business continuity plans and precautionary measures against COVID-19 virus
In light of global precautions for the COVID-19 Coronavirus, Profile Software has already taken the required measures for its employees, clients and partners to avoid any disruption of day-to-day operations, having in mind the team's utmost safety.
The health and wellbeing of Profile’s employees, clients, partners and society at large are of primary concern. All our offices have increased sanitation efforts to ensure safe working conditions to those on-site. Non-authorised personnel is no longer allowed on-premises, including courier companies.
The company has also adopted new travel restriction measures minimising traveling and face-to-face meetings to only business-critical situations when virtual and online tools are insufficient. Therefore, encouraging employees and partners using remote working tools such as Microsoft Teams, Skype and Webex are available to support networking without jeopardising public health and disrupting business processes.
As a software company, Profile has already organised and fully equipped its teams to work remotely and always be reachable through any device applying all the necessary security measures.
Our goal is to contribute to limiting the spread of infection across society, so we strongly encourage and support remote working as a benefit to society and our workforce.
