Profile Software designed and implemented the comprehensive UTS TicketLink solution that is based in n-tier architecture to holistically cover the group's requirements. In its web version, the online visitors can review the available routes and itineraries, the seat availability for people and vehicles, as well as the best price that results given the selection made, based on the available price lists and special offers. At the end of their browsing, the visitor can proceed to booking/check out in a secure environment, in seconds.
In addition, the platform provides integration with tour agencies that control and distribute tickets via the CRS (Centralised Reservation System) to provide a complete reporting to the Management with statistics of where and how many reservations are performed on a daily basis.
