Some notable areas have lagged behind, in particular Financial Markets where the business-critical functions of Trading, Banking and Wealth Management have yet to take the leap of faith.
Times, though, are changing.
Many of the early concerns were focused around data security and software performance. Many companies are also becoming well versed in the running of their own private clouds, reaping the benefits of flexibility, but without allowing sensitive data off-site.
